Profile
Soft condensed matter phenomenology is my core expertise which I approach with a combination of in silico modelling, statistical mechanics theory and numerical analysis tools. Specifically, I am interested to understand the interdependence of geometry (locally realized and/or globally imposed) and dynamic response (both mechanical and electromagnetic) of soft materials e.g. nanoparticle self-assembly, proteins, polymeric system, complex fluids, quasi-crystals, carbon based composites etc.
Current Interests:
* Protein deformation and dynamics;
* Dynamics of associating fluids;
* Information theoretic approach to biological rhythms;
* Modelling resource dynamics in biological migrations.
Short Bio:
